complejos lo esencial requiere m\u00e1s que intuici\u00f3n: necesita visi\u00f3n, conocimiento, estrategia y liderazgo.<\/p><p>En medio de una crisis global de liderazgo, hay un consenso creciente sobre la urgencia de cultivarlo. No es casual que el Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial lo se\u00f1ale como una de las competencias clave del futuro.<\/p><p>En ese contexto nace In-Sight, Centro de Liderazgo de Impacto de la Universidad EAFIT, creado para estudiar el tema, actuar como un observatorio de tendencias, aprovechar las capacidades acad\u00e9micas, de investigaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de la universidad, y acompa\u00f1ar a las organizaciones en la promoci\u00f3n de <br \/>un liderazgo de impacto y capaz de llevar a cabo transformaciones sostenibles en el tiempo.<\/p><p><b>Un legado para el pa\u00eds<br \/><\/b>\u201cCuando pensamos en c\u00f3mo celebrar los 65 a\u00f1os de la universidad, nos preguntamos qu\u00e9 le pod\u00edamos dejar a la sociedad como un determinante del futuro\u201d, cuenta Claudia Restrepo, rectora de EAFIT, esta fue la pregunta que dio origen a In-Sight, pues a partir de ella llegaron a la conclusi\u00f3n de que como centro de conocimiento quer\u00edan incidir y aportar en cuatro temas, entre ellos el liderazgo, y hacerlo con una iniciativa que les quede a la ciudad y al pa\u00eds y contribuya a la formaci\u00f3n de l\u00edderes para que vayan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del carisma o lo motivacional, que sean innovadores, con visi\u00f3n global y capaces de generar las transformaciones que la humanidad necesita.<\/p><p>Alexander Garz\u00f3n, director del nuevo centro, lo resume explicando que la b\u00fasqueda est\u00e1 enfocada en un liderazgo que genere impactos positivos, que parta de un ejercicio consciente, con visi\u00f3n, y que pueda ayudar en la construcci\u00f3n de futuros. \u201cSe llama In-Sight porque In tiene que ver con ese liderazgo consciente, que parte de uno mismo. Un liderazgo con foco en la sostenibilidad y que d\u00e9 cuenta de lo social, lo econ\u00f3mico y lo ambiental\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11447490 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"11447490\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacerlo?<\/strong><br \/>In-Sight est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para abordar tres l\u00edneas de trabajo: Impacto en la innovaci\u00f3n y la transformaci\u00f3n organizacional, Impacto social y ambiental e Impacto en la acci\u00f3n global.
